Tour Quotation

• Condition: Applicable for a private group of 20 adults or more, excluding round-trip airfare.
• Validity: The quotation applies until 2026, excluding public holidays and Tet.

Child Tour Price Policy

Children are expected to co-sleep with parents (no separate bed).

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m: Free of charge (Applicable for the 1st child; the 2nd child is charged 50% of the adult tour price).
• From 5 - 9 years old and from 1m - 1.3m: 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more & over 1.3m: 100% of the tour price.

Services Included

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Accommodation: 5-star standard hotel (2 guests/room), specifically the Novotel Danang Premier Han River or equivalent.
• Meals: 03 breakfasts at the hotel, 01 Ba Na buffet, and 04 standard main meals.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions in the program, including the round-trip cable car ticket to Ba Na Hill.
• Guide: Professional English-speaking tour guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and daily drinking water (01 bottle of 500ml/person/day).

Services Not Included

• Taxes: VAT 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks, excess baggage, telephone bills, and laundry.
• Golf Fees: International standard golf course fees and lunch in the golf course are not included in the standard price.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip air tickets.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the guide and driver.

Deposit & Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within a maximum of 12 hours after the price is agreed upon.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit + 100% of issued tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% of the total fee.
• Note: Holiday bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

Important Notes

• Separation Fee: To ensure the tour price, guests must follow the itinerary. A separation fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if the foreign exchange rate increases or decreases suddenly at the time of departure.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour. You must provide a scan of your passport, including all pages containing visas and entry/exit stamps. The original passport must be carried with you throughout the journey.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity: 01 photo (4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
  • Composition: The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing your face, forehead, and ears.
  • Restrictions: You must not wear white shirts or glasses in the photo.
• Travel History: You are required to provide information about the countries you have visited within the last 3 years, including the specific length of stay in each country.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be finalized at least 10 working days before the application process.

Important Notes for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Required Documents: You must bring your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book (affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet).
• Entry Stamp: These documents must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.
• Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal identity issues or invalid documents. In such cases, the program costs will not be refunded.

Service Inclusion Note

• Please be aware that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.

• Service Name: Regulated travel insurance.
• Inclusion: This is a standard service included in the tour package.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The Service Provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing travel insurance for all guests (Party A) to cover the journey according to the announced schedule.
• Health Risk Policy:
  • Participants are required to bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to the settlement of health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • Reimbursement: Only expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company in accordance with their standard regulations.
• Documentation and Immigration Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents. In such cases, program costs will not be refunded.
