Child Tour Price Policy 

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m: Free of charge (Applicable for the 1st child; the 2nd child is charged 50% of the adult tour price).
• From 5 - 9 years old & 1m - 1.3m: 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old and above & over 1.3m: 100% of the tour price.

Included Services 

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars throughout the itinerary.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions listed in the program.
• Accommodation: Standard rooms (2 guests/room). Expected hotels: Mövenpick Living West/O' Gallery Premier (Hanoi), The Yacht/Novotel (Ha Long), and Ambassador/Syrena Cruise (Ha Long Bay).
• Meals: 03 breakfasts at the hotel, 05 standard meals (15 USD/pax), and 02 meals + 01 snack on the cruise.
• Guide: Professional English-speaking guide for the entire journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and 01 bottle of water (500ml)/person/day.

Excluded Services

• VAT: 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks, excess baggage, phone bills, laundry.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/person/day for the guide and driver.
• Others: Visas, round-trip airfare, body massage, and single room surcharge.

 Deposit & Cancellation Terms 

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value within 12 hours after closing the service.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Deposit + 100% of airfare/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price + 100% of transportation tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price + 100% of transportation tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price + 100% of transportation tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% of total fees.
• Note: Holiday bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

Important Notes 

• Itinerary Commitment: To maintain the tour price, guests must follow the itinerary. A separation fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if foreign exchange rates (Vietcombank) increase or decrease suddenly at the time of departure.
• Required Documents:
  • Foreigners/Overseas Vietnamese: Original passport with a valid entry visa/green card and a Vietnam entry stamp.
  • Visa Application: Scan of passport (valid >6 months), one 4x6 photo (white background, no glasses), and travel history for the last 3 years. Group visa procedures take 10 working days.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour.
  • You must provide a scan of the passport, including all pages with visas and entry/exit stamps.
  • You must bring your original passport when going on the tour.
• Photo: 01 photo (4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
• Travel History: You must provide information about countries traveled within the last 3 years and the length of stay in those countries.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be completed 10 working days in advance.

Photo Regulations

To ensure the visa application is accepted, the photo must follow these specific rules:

• The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing the face, forehead, and ears.
• Do not wear white shirts.
• Do not wear glasses.

Important Notes for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• When participating in the tour, you must bring your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
• These documents must have a Vietnam entry stamp and a valid expiration date for check-in according to aviation regulations.

Service Exclusions & Liability

• Not Included: Visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour quotation.
• Refusal of Entry/Exit: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents.
• Non-Refundable: In cases where a guest cannot join or continue the tour due to identity document issues, the program costs will not be refunded.

Insurance Policy 

• Included Service: Regulated travel insurance is already included in the tour package price.
• Provider Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing insurance for the guests (Party A) to ensure coverage while traveling according to the announced schedule.
• Health Risk Coverage:
  • Participants are responsible for any expenses incurred outside the tour program related to health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • However, any expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company in accordance with their standard regulations.
• Important Liability Note: The travel agency is not responsible for any issues arising from a guest's personal identity documents if they are refused entry or exit by immigration authorities. In such cases, the program costs are non-refundable.
