• Condition: Applicable for a private group of 20 adults or more.
• Exclusion: The price excludes round-trip airfare.

Child Tour Price Policy

(Children are expected to co-sleep with parents; no separate bed is provided).

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m in height: Free of charge.
  • Note: Each family is accompanied by only 01 child free of charge. The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
• From 5 - 9 years old (between 1m - 1.3m): 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more (over 1.3m): 100% of the tour price.

Services Included

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Programs:
  • One-time admission tickets to attractions in the itinerary.
  • Fishing and diving boats including gear (fishing gear, coral viewing equipment, life jackets).
• Accommodation: 5-star hotel (expected Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc), standard 2 guests per room.
• Meals: 03 standard breakfasts, 01 meal on board, and 04 standard main meals.
• Guide: Professional, enthusiastic English-speaking tour guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and daily drinking water (01 bottle of 500ml/person/day).

Services Not Included

• Tax: VAT 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks during meals, phone bills, and laundry fees.
• Optional Attractions: Tickets for the Quintessence of Vietnam Show, Teddy Bear Museum, or Venice River Cruise at Grand World.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip air tickets.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the guide and driver.

Deposit & Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within 12 hours of price agreement.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit plus 100% of airfare/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% fee plus 100% of tickets.
• Holidays: Bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

Important Price-Related Notes

• Validity: Quotation applies until 2026, excluding public holidays and Tet.
• Separation Fee: To maintain the tour price, guests must commit to the itinerary. A fee of $100/day/person applies for splitting from the group.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if foreign exchange rates increase or decrease suddenly at the time of departure.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour. You must provide a scan of your passport (including all pages with existing visas and entry/exit stamps) and carry the original passport during the tour.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity & Size: 01 photo (4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
  • Attire: Do not wear white shirts.
  • Appearance: Do not wear glasses. The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing your face, forehead, and ears.
• Travel History: You are required to provide information regarding countries you have traveled to within the last 3 years, including your specific length of stay in each country.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be completed at least 10 working days in advance.

Regulations for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Required Documents: You must carry your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
• Entry Stamp: These documents (whether affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet) must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and must be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.

Important Policies & Liability

• Exclusion: Please note that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Agency Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents.
• Refund Policy: If a customer is unable to check in or join the tour due to issues with their personal identity or documents, the costs of the program will not be refunded.

• Inclusion: The tour package includes regulated travel insurance as part of the standard services.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The service provider is responsible for purchasing travel insurance for the guests to cover the journey according to the scheduled program.
• Health Risks and Expenses:
  • Guests are required to bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • Reimbursement: Only expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company according to their established regulations.
