• Condition: Applicable for a private group of 20 adults or more.
• Exclusion: The price excludes round-trip airfare.

Child Tour Price Policy

(Children are expected to co-sleep with parents; no separate bed is provided):

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m in height: Free of charge.
  • Note: Each family is accompanied by only 01 child free of charge. The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
• From 5 - 9 years old (between 1m - 1.3m): 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more (over 1.3m): 100% of the tour price.

Services Included

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Accommodation: 5-star standard hotel (Expected: Sofitel Saigon in HCMC and The Mira Hotel in Binh Duong), standard 2 guests per room.
• Meals: 04 breakfasts at the hotel and 09 standard main meals.
• Programs:
  • One-time admission tickets to attractions in the itinerary.
  • Tickets for the Observation Deck at Landmark 81.
• Guide: Professional, enthusiastic English-speaking tour guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and daily drinking water (01 bottle of 500ml/person/day).

Services Not Included

• Tax: VAT 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks during meals, excess baggage, phone bills, and laundry fees.
• Golf & Wellness: Costs for the Tan Son Nhat Golf Course and Body Massage tickets.
• Optional: Tickets for shows, games, or independent activities outside the program.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip airfare.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the guide and driver.

Deposit & Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within 12 hours of price agreement.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit plus 100% of air/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% fee plus 100% of tickets.
• Holidays: Bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

Important Notes

• Validity: Quotation applies until 2026, excluding public holidays and Tet.
• Separation Fee: Customers must commit to the itinerary. A fee of $100/day/person applies for splitting from the group.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if foreign exchange rates or related taxes change suddenly at the time of departure.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour. You must provide a scan of your passport, including all pages with existing visas and entry/exit stamps, and you must carry the original passport during the tour.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity & Size: 01 photo (size 4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
  • Appearance: The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing your face, forehead, and ears.
  • Attire & Accessories: Do not wear white shirts and do not wear glasses.
• Travel History: You are required to provide information regarding countries you have traveled to within the last 3 years, including the specific length of stay in each country.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be completed at least 10 working days in advance.

Regulations for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Required Documents: When participating in the tour, you must carry your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
• Entry Stamp: These documents (whether affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet) must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and must be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.

Important Policies & Liability

• Exclusion: Please note that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Agency Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents.
• Refund Policy: If a customer is unable to check in at the airport or join the tour due to issues with their personal identity or documents, the costs of the program will not be refunded.

Travel Insurance Policy

• Service Inclusion: Regulated travel insurance is a standard service included in the tour package.
• Provider's Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing travel insurance for all guests (Party A) to ensure coverage throughout the journey according to the announced schedule.
• Coverage and Health Risks:
  • Guest Liability: Guests are required to undertake and bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to health risks, such as costs for medical examination, treatment, additional accommodation, and transportation.
  • Reimbursement: Only expenses that fall specifically within the reimbursable categories defined by the Insurance Company will be covered, in accordance with their established regulations.
• Identity and Document Compliance: If a guest is unable to join the tour or check in at the airport due to issues with personal identification or invalid documents, the program costs will not be refunded, and the travel agency bears no responsibility for these personal incidents.
