1. Tour Price 

• Condition: This quotation is applicable for private groups of 15 to 20 adults.
• Exclusion: The price excludes round-trip air tickets.

2. Child Tour Price Policy 

Children are expected to co-sleep with their parents.

• Under 5 years old and less than 1m in height: Free of charge (applicable for the first child).
• Second child under 5 years old: Charged 50% of the adult tour price.
• From 5 to 9 years old (1m to 1.3m): 80% of the adult tour price.
• 10 years old or more (over 1.3m): 100% of the adult tour price.

3. Services Included

• Transportation: New and modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets for attractions, including cruise tickets and trams at Tam Chuc Pagoda.
• Accommodation: Standard 4-star hotel rooms (expected Oriental Suites Hotel & Spa or equivalent) with 2 guests per room.
• Meals: 03 breakfasts at the hotel and 07 standard meals valued at 15 USD per person.
• Staff: Professional English-speaking tour guides provided throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and 01 bottle of 500ml drinking water per person per day.
• Tax: 8% VAT is included.

4. Services Not Included 

• Personal Expenses: Drinks during meals, excess baggage, phone bills, and laundry.
• Entertainment: Tickets for shows, entertainment games, and service upgrades not listed.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge and mandatory tips for the guide and driver (5 USD per day per person).
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and airfare.

5. Deposit and Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: A 70% deposit of the total tour value must be transferred within 12 hours after agreeing on the service.
• Cancellation Fees:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit plus 100% of airfare/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of the tour price plus ticket costs.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of the tour price plus ticket costs.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of the tour price plus ticket costs.
  • Within 5 days before departure: 100% of the total fee.
• Holidays: Bookings during holidays are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

6. Important Price Notes 

• Currency Fluctuations: Tour expenses may change if foreign exchange rates (Vietcombank selling rate) fluctuate suddenly at the time of departure.
• Itinerary Commitment: To maintain the tour price, customers must follow the scheduled itinerary. A separation fee of 100 USD per day per person will be charged if you split from the group.

VISA APPLICATION & REGULATIONS

• Inclusion: Please note that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Passport Requirements:
  • Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the tour's end date.
  • You must provide a scan of the passport, including all pages with visas and entry/exit stamps.
  • The original passport must be carried throughout the entire journey.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity: 01 photo (size 4 x 6 cm) on a white background.
  • Regulations: The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing the face, forehead, and ears.
  • Restrictions: Do not wear white shirts or glasses in the photo.
• Travel History: Participants must provide a list of countries visited within the last 3 years, including the duration of stay in each country.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be finalized at least 10 working days before the application process.
• For Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese: You must bring your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book. These documents must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and be valid according to aviation regulations for check-in.
• Liability & Refunds:
  • The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identification.
  • In cases where a guest cannot check in or complete the tour due to document issues, program costs will not be refunded.

In the Hanoi – Real Estate Project – Hung Yen – Thai Nguyen – Bac Giang – Ha Nam (4D3N) tour program, the insurance policy is outlined in English as follows:

• Inclusion: Regulated travel insurance is a standard service included in the tour package price.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing insurance for the guests (Party A) to cover the travel according to the announced itinerary.
• Health Risk Coverage:
  • Participants are required to undertake and bear all expenses incurred outside the official tour program related to the settlement of health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • Reimbursement: Any expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company in accordance with their standard regulations.
• Identity Document Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department due to personal identity issues or invalid documents. In such cases, program costs will not be refunded.
