I. Tour Quotation (USD/PAX)

The price is applicable for private groups of 10-20 adults, excluding round-trip air tickets.

II. Child Tour Price Policy

Children share a room and sleep with their parents.

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m: Free of charge (Applicable for the 1st child; the 2nd child is charged 50% of the adult price).
• From 5 - 8 years old & 1m - 1.3m: 80% of the tour price.
• 9 years old and above & over 1.3m: 100% of the tour price.

III. Services Included & Excluded

Included Services:

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Accommodation: Standard hotel rooms (2 guests/room; odd guests stay in a triple room).
• Meals: 02 breakfasts at the hotel and 05 standard main meals (15 USD/pax/meal).
• Guide: Professional, enthusiastic English-speaking guide throughout the journey.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions listed in the program.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and 01 bottle of water (500ml)/person/day.

Excluded Services:

• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/person/day for the guide and driver.
• Tax: VAT 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Laundry, phone bills, drinks during meals, excess baggage.
• Visas: Immigration procedures and visa fees.
• Airfare: Round-trip air tickets.
• Others: Single room surcharge, body massage, and self-sufficient activities.

IV. Deposit & Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be paid within 12 hours after closing the service.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Penalty includes the deposit + 100% of airfare/train tickets (if any).
  • 20 - 30 days before departure: 50% of the tour price + 100% of transportation tickets.
  • 10 - 20 days before departure: 70% of the tour price + 100% of transportation tickets.
  • 5 - 10 days before departure: 90% of the tour price + 100% of transportation tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% of the tour price.
• Note: Holidays are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

V. Important Notes

• Itinerary Commitment: To maintain the tour price, guests must follow the right itinerary. A separation fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.
• Foreign/Overseas Vietnamese: Must bring original passports with a valid entry visa/green card and a Vietnam entry stamp.
• Currency Fluctuations: Prices may change if foreign exchange rates (Vietcombank) increase or decrease suddenly at the time of departure.

1. Visa Application Includes (Hồ sơ xin Visa bao gồm)

• Passport: Original passport valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour.
• Scans: Scanned copies of the passport and all previous visas and entry/exit stamps.
• Photo: 01 photo (4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
• Travel History: Information about countries visited within the last 3 years and the length of stay in each.

2. Photo Regulations (Quy định về ảnh thẻ)

Để đảm bảo hồ sơ được chấp nhận, ảnh phải tuân thủ các quy tắc nghiêm ngặt sau:

• Pose: Taken straight, clearly revealing the face, forehead, and both ears.
• Clothing: DO NOT wear white shirts.
• Accessories: DO NOT wear glasses.

3. Important Timelines & Notes (Các lưu ý và thời hạn quan trọng)

• Submission: Group visa procedures must be completed 10 working days in advance.
• Service Exclusion: Visa and immigration procedures are NOT included in the tour quotation.
• For Foreigners/Overseas Vietnamese: You must bring your original passport along with an entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book. These documents must have a Vietnam entry stamp and be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.
• Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by immigration authorities for personal reasons or invalid identity documents. In such cases, the program costs will not be refunded.

• Inclusion: Regulated travel insurance is included as a standard service in the tour package.
• Provider Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing the insurance for the guests (Party A) to travel according to the scheduled itinerary.
• Health Risk Coverage:
  • Participants undertake to bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to the settlement of health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • However, expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company according to its regulations.
• Immigration and Personal Reasons: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country for personal reasons or invalid documents. In such cases, program costs will not be refunded.
