• Condition: Applicable for a private group of 20 adults or more.
• Exclusion: Round-trip airfare is not included.

CHILD TOUR PRICE POLICY 

Children are expected to co-sleep with their parents (no separate bed).

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m in height: Free of charge (Applicable for the 1st child; the 2nd child is charged 50% of the adult price).
• From 5 - 9 years old and from 1m - 1.3m: 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more & over 1.3m: 100% of the tour price.

SERVICES INCLUDED 

• Transportation: New and modern air-conditioned tourist cars; professional drivers.
• Cruise: Ambassador Day Cruise or equivalent in Ha Long Bay.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions according to the program, including:
  • Fansipan round-trip cable car, Muong Hoa train, and 01-way funicular train to the peak.
  • Trang An boat ticket.
• Accommodation: 5-star standard hotel rooms (2 guests/room):
  • Sapa: Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel 5*.
  • Ha Long: The Yacht Hotel by DC 5* or equivalent.
  • Ninh Binh: The Reed Hotel Ninh Binh 5* or equivalent.
• Meals: 04 breakfasts at the hotel, 01 Fansipan buffet, 01 Cruise buffet, and 07 standard main meals.
• Guide: Professional, enthusiastic English-speaking guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and 01 bottle of drinking water (500ml) per person/day.

• VAT: 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks, excess baggage, phone bills, and laundry.
• Optional Activities: Tickets for shows, games, and service upgrades not listed.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip air tickets.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the tour guide and driver.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION TERMS

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within 12 hours after booking.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit + 100% of issued tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% of the total fee.
• Note: Holiday bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

IMPORTANT PRICE NOTES 

• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if foreign exchange rates (Vietcombank selling rate) fluctuate suddenly at the time of departure.
• Itinerary Commitment: To maintain the tour price, guests must follow the itinerary. A separation fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour.
• Documentation: You must provide a scan of your passport, including all pages containing visas and entry/exit stamps. The original passport must be carried with you throughout the journey.
• Travel History: You are required to provide information about the countries you have visited within the last 3 years, including the specific length of stay in each country.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be finalized at least 10 working days before the application process.

Photo Specifications for Visa

• Quantity & Size: 01 photo (4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
• Composition: The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing your face, forehead, and ears.
• Restrictions: You must not wear white shirts or glasses in the photo.

Important Notes for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Required Documents: You must bring your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book (affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet).
• Entry Stamp: These documents must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.
• Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal identity issues or invalid documents. In such cases, the program costs will not be refunded.

Service Inclusion Note

• Please be aware that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.

• Service Name: Regulated travel insurance.
• Status: This is a standard service included in the tour package.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The Service Provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing travel insurance for all guests (Party A) to cover the journey according to the announced itinerary.
• Health Risk Policy:
  • Participants are required to bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • Reimbursement: Any expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company in accordance with their standard regulations.
• Documentation Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department due to issues with personal identity or invalid documents. In such instances, program costs will not be refunded.
