Tour Quotation

• Condition: This price is applicable for a private group of 20 adults or more, excluding round-trip airfare.
• Validity: The quotation applies until 2026, excluding public holidays and Tet.

Child Tour Price Policy

Children are expected to co-sleep with parents (no separate bed).

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m: Free of charge.
  • Note: Each family is allowed only 01 free child. The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
• From 5 - 9 years old and from 1m - 1.3m: 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more & over 1.3m: 100% of the tour price.

Services Included

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions in the program, including the round-trip cable car ticket to Ba Na Hill and the KUHA Show Ticket (Hoi An Memories).
• Accommodation: 5-star standard hotel rooms (2 guests/room) including Novotel Danang Premier Han River, Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa, and Meliá Vinpearl Hue.
• Meals: 04 breakfasts at the hotel, 01 Ba Na buffet, and 07 standard main meals.
• Guide: Professional English-speaking tour guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and daily drinking water (500ml/person/day).

Services Not Included

• Taxes: VAT 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks during meals, excess baggage, telephone bills, and laundry.
• Optional Activities: Tickets for shows or games outside the scheduled program and service upgrades.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip air tickets.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the guide and driver.

Deposit & Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within a maximum of 12 hours after the price is agreed upon.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit + 100% of air/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% of the total fee.
• Holidays: Bookings for holidays are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

Important Notes

• Separation Fee: To ensure the tour price, guests must follow the right itinerary. A separation fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.
• Group Size Changes: If the number of guests increases or decreases, the unit price will be recalculated according to the actual group size.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if the foreign exchange rate increases or decreases suddenly at the time of departure.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour.
• Documentation: You must provide a scan of your passport, including all pages that contain visas and entry or exit stamps. You are also required to bring your original passport with you on the trip.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity & Size: 01 photo (4 x 6 cm).
  • Background: Must be a white background.
  • Attire: Do not wear white shirts.
  • Appearance: Do not wear glasses; the photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing your face, forehead, and ears.
• Travel History: You must provide information regarding the countries you have traveled to within the last 3 years, including the specific length of stay in each of those countries.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be completed 10 working days in advance.

Regulations for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Required Documents: Guests must carry their original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
• Entry Stamp: These documents (whether affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet) must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and must be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.

Important Notes & Liability

• Exclusion: Please be aware that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Agency Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal identity issues or invalid documents.
• Refund Policy: If a customer is unable to check in or join the tour due to personal identity or document issues, the costs of the program will not be refunded.

Insurance Policy 

• Type of Insurance: The tour includes regulated travel insurance.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is committed to purchasing travel insurance for the guests (Party A) to cover the journey according to the announced schedule.
• Health Risk Policy:
  • Guests must undertake to bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to the settlement of health risks, such as medical examination and treatment costs, additional accommodation, and transportation.
  • Reimbursement: Only expenses that fall specifically within the category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the insurance company in accordance with their regulations.
• Exclusion of Liability: The travel agency is not responsible for incidents where a guest is refused entry or exit by immigration authorities. If a guest cannot join the tour due to personal identity or document issues, the program costs will not be refunded.
