Tour Quotation

• Tour Price: 395 USD/PAX.
• Conditions: Applicable for a private group of 20 adults or more.
• Exclusion: The price excludes round-trip airfare.
• Validity: Quotation applies until 2026, excluding public holidays and Tet.

Child Tour Price Policy

(Children are expected to co-sleep with parents; no separate bed is provided).

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m in height: Free of charge.
  • Note: Each family is allowed only 01 free child. The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
• From 5 - 9 years old (between 1m - 1.3m): 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more (over 1.3m): 100% of the tour price.

Services Included

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions according to the itinerary, including the round-trip cable car at VinWonders.
• Accommodation: 5-star standard hotel (2 guests/room), expected hotels are Sheraton Nha Trang and Sea Links Beach Hotel or equivalent.
• Meals: 04 breakfasts at the hotel, 01 buffet, and 06 standard main meals.
• Guide: Professional, enthusiastic English-speaking tour guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Taxes: VAT 8% is included in the service.
• Gifts: Travel hats and daily drinking water (01 bottle of 500ml/person/day).

Services Not Included

• Personal Expenses: Drinks during meals, excess baggage, telephone bills, and laundry.
• Optional Activities: Tickets for shows, games, or sightseeing outside the scheduled program.
• Water Sports: Fees for surfing, SUP paddling, or jetskiing in Mui Ne.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip airfare.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the guide and driver.

Deposit & Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within a maximum of 12 hours after price agreement to reserve services.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit plus 100% of air/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% of the total fee.
• Holidays: Bookings for holidays are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

Important Notes

• Separation Fee: To maintain the tour price, customers must follow the itinerary. A fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if the foreign exchange rate fluctuates suddenly at the time of departure.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour.
• Documentation: You must provide a scan of your passport, including all pages containing existing visas and entry or exit stamps. You are also required to bring your original passport with you on the journey.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity & Size: 01 photo (size 4 x 6 cm).
  • Background: Must be a white background.
  • Attire: Do not wear white shirts.
  • Appearance: Do not wear glasses; the photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing your face, forehead, and ears.
• Travel History: You must provide information regarding countries traveled within the last 3 years, including the specific length of stay in each of those countries.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be finalized at least 10 working days in advance.

Regulations for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Essential Documents: When participating in the tour, you must carry your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
• Entry Stamp: These documents (whether affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet) must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and must be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.

Important Notes & Liability

• Exclusion: Please note that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Agency Responsibility: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents.
• Refund Policy: If a customer is unable to check in or join the tour due to issues with their personal identity or documents, the program costs will not be refunded.

Insurance Policy

• Type of Insurance: The tour package includes regulated travel insurance as part of the standard services.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing travel insurance for the guests (Party A) to ensure coverage throughout the journey according to the announced schedule.
• Health Risk & Reimbursement Regulations:
  • Guest Responsibility: Guests must undertake to bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to the settlement of health risks. This includes costs for medical examination, treatment, additional accommodation, and transportation.
  • Reimbursement: Only expenses that fall specifically within the category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company in accordance with their standard regulations.
• Exclusion of Liability:
  • The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents.
  • If a customer cannot join the tour or check in at the airport due to issues with their personal identity or documents, the program costs will not be refunded.
